Payment Policies

  • Credit cards carry a surcharge of up to 3%, itemized on the order summary before you place the order and shown on your receipt. Debit cards, prepaid cards and Credova financing are never surcharged, and there is no surcharge on orders billed to a state where surcharging is not permitted. If an order is refunded, the surcharge is refunded in the same proportion.
  • The billing address on the card must match the address the card issuer has on file.
  • Orders paid by personal check ship after the check clears. New customers may have an extended check hold.
  • Returned check fee: $35
  • All online transactions are encrypted and processed through Authorize.net. We never store your full card number.

Large Orders ($5,000 and up)

  • Wire transfer preferred

Layaway

  • Layaway terms from 30 to 180 days
  • 20% down payment required
  • 30 day layaway carries no markup; longer terms carry a small markup (2% at 60 days up to 10% at 180 days)
  • Final payment is due before the order ships
  • Layaway is offered on items we hold in house. If an item is eligible you will see the layaway option on the product page

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax only on orders shipping to California, Kentucky, and Washington. No other states are taxed.
