Start Every Return With the RMA Form
All returns begin at www.thegundock.com/rma/request/. Fill out the form and a representative will review it and reply with next steps. Please do not ship anything back until you hear from us.
What Can Be Returned
Most new, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Firearms that have been transferred to you at your FFL dealer. Once a firearm is transferred, it is a used firearm and cannot be returned. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before you complete the transfer.
- Ammunition, primers, and other hazardous materials
- GunBroker purchases (all GunBroker sales are final)
- Special orders
Restocking Fees
- Change-of-mind returns carry a 15-20% restocking fee and the buyer pays return shipping
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item, there is no restocking fee and we cover the return shipping
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
Defective Items and Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to everything we sell. If an item is defective, contact us right away through the RMA form and keep all original packaging.
