Do I need to notify you before my online gun purchase arrives?

Why This Matters:

  • We get multiple packages daily and need to know who they're for
  • It's common courtesy and helps us serve you faster
  • Unexpected guns create confusion and delays

What to Do:

  2. Provide: Your name, what you ordered, and expected delivery date
  3. Include: Order confirmation number if you have it

Information We Need:

  • Your full name (as it appears on your ID)
  • Type of firearm ordered
  • Online retailer name
  • Approximate delivery timeframe

When We Get Your Gun:

  • We'll email you when it arrives
  • You have 30 days to pick it up
  • Bring valid photo ID and be ready for background check

Storage Fees:

After 30 days: $5 per day storage fee
