Tracking Numbers Are Emailed Automatically
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Firearms ship by FedEx or UPS with an adult signature required.
Check Your Account
Log in at www.thegundock.com/live/login.php and open your order history. Each order shows its current status and, once shipped, the tracking number.
If You Have Not Received a Tracking Email
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Confirm the email address on your order
- Your order may not have shipped yet. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment clears and your FFL is verified
Firearm Deliveries
The tracking number shows delivery to your FFL dealer, not to you. Your dealer will contact you when the firearm is logged in and ready for pickup, which can take a day or two after delivery depending on the dealer.
