Contact Us Right Away
Use the contact form at www.thegundock.com/live/contact.php with your order number and what you need changed. Requests are handled in the order they arrive, so the sooner you reach out the better.
Cancelling
If your order has not shipped, we can usually cancel it and refund your payment in full. Refunds appear on your card within 5-10 business days. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy instead.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If the order has not shipped, we can usually update the address. Once the carrier has the package we cannot redirect it.
Changing Your FFL Dealer
If the firearm has not shipped, tell us the new dealer's name, address, and phone number. The new dealer will need to send us a copy of their license before the order ships.

NFA Items
NFA orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the Form 3 has been submitted to the ATF.
