Do you charge transfer fees?

IMPORTANT: Transfer fees apply to your LOCAL FFL dealer, not to The Gun Dock.

When you buy from The Gun Dock, your firearm ships to your chosen FFL dealer. Your FFL dealer may charge their own transfer fee when you pick up. That fee varies by dealer - typically $15-$50.

The Gun Dock does NOT charge a transfer fee on items you purchase from us. The price you see is the price you pay (plus shipping and any applicable sales tax).

If you're buying from another retailer and having it shipped to a local FFL for transfer, contact that FFL directly about their fees.

NFA/Class III Items:

• NFA transfers involve additional ATF paperwork (Form 3, Form 4)
• The $200 tax stamp was eliminated effective January 1, 2026
• Processing times vary: Form 3 (3-7 days via eForms), Form 4 (5-9 months)
