Basic Instructions:


Purchasing a firearm is very simple.  Pay through GunBroker checkout, select the FFL, and wait for delivery.  If the FFL is not listed or not on-file with GunBroker, please email us their name, city, and state, and we'll do our best to help you.


Payment Policies:

Payment is due within 10 days, after purchasing unless special arrangements have been made.


If your account is new (Feedback NR or less than 10), we will of course process your order. However, if you wish for the order to be shipped to a different address from the billing address, we will contact you and ask you to verify additional information to prevent fraud. We may in some circumstances, require that you pay by check or money order if an item is to be shipped to a different shipping address. This does not apply to firearms.

Residents of Kentucky must add 6% sales tax.


All listed prices reflect a 3.5% cash discount that cannot be obtained by using a credit or debit card.

We gladly accept certified check, money orders, bank wire ($12.50 fee), ACH payments, cashier’s checks, personal checks (Personal checks are subject to 7 business-day hold).


We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We can also accept VISA gift cards.

Due to PayPal’s policies against firearms and accessories (and the firearm industry as a whole), we DO NOT accept PayPal under ANY circumstance.


Chargebacks and returned checks will incur an additional $50 fee.   Chargebacks on firearms will be reported to the ATF and a FORM 3310.11 (Stolen Firearm) report will be filed.  Contact us if you have an issue.


If you require financing, be sure you click our Credova banner and complete your application before bidding/buying.  The process is very quick, and you should receive a decision from Credova within minutes.  Credova terms are between the buyer and Credova.  Please understand we do not dictate financing rates or offers through Credova.  We only offer their service to our buyers.

Shipping Policy:

Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $9.00 shipping on accessories, $18.00 on handguns (lowers), and $45.00 on long guns including muzzleloaders. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE!  If you need an item/items extra fast, please message us to check your options.  Overnight and 2nd-day air options are available on most items including firearms!

Primers and percussion caps will incur an additional $36 Carrier Hazmat fee.

We reserve the right to choose carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS); however, if you have a request, please feel free to ask and we will try to accommodate.  Only certain items may be shipped to a PO BOX.  If a PO BOX is your only option, please contact us prior to purchasing.

No international shipping.  If you need an item shipped to an APO address or other US territory such as Puerto Rico or Guam, please do not bid until you have checked with us on an accurate shipping quote.  These are done on a case-by-case basis only but we do ship to these addresses.

Local and state laws will be checked and double-checked.  If you bid on an item that is not legal in your state or jurisdiction, you will be responsible for initial and return shipping (if it ships), and potential restocking fees.  Please do your homework regarding local laws before purchasing.

We WILL ship most items to ALL 50 US STATES along with Guam and Puerto Rico!  

Long guns with a shipping dimension greater than 48" will incur a "bulk fee" of up to $28 which will be re-billed at the time of shipment.  Contact us before purchasing if you need to know the shipping dimension.

Please be sure that you have submitted the correct shipping address on your GunBroker/website account. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If your order cannot be canceled prior to shipping, a Return to Sender Delivery Intercept can be instituted for a fee depending on the carrier handling the delivery (usually $15 to $20). All successful intercepts are subject to a fee per tracking number (plus any transportation charges). The customer is responsible for all fees associated with error with address entry. 

Suppressors and SBR (CLASS III/NFA ITEMS)

Suppressors and SBRs require FORM 3 completion and approval by the ATF before being transferred to your dealer.  The FORM 3 process can take between 2 business days to 15 business days to complete.  We rarely see them go longer than 15 business day.  However, shipping times for these items is up to the ATF approval process.

 

 

 

 


Payment Instructions:

Once you have confirmed your purchase on GunBroker with the "Buy Now!" button or by winning the bid, we will email you with a link to click on to complete the "Checkout" process.  Please be aware that you MUST COMPLETE this checkout process regardless of how you are paying.  This checkout process will either accept your credit card payment if you choose, or it will give you a total with shipping along with the address to mail your payment to.  It will also automatically notify us how you are paying or that you have paid successfully.

In the event that you have purchased multiple GunBroker items IDs from us, you must complete our secure payment form which will be emailed to you AFTER you complete this purchase on GunBroker. Please allow up to 15 minutes for this email to arrive in your inbox.

Once you have completed this checkout, you will be automatically notified via email of the status of your order from start to finish.  You will receive a copy of your payment receipt along with a notification when your item(s) ships and tracking information.



For all FFL REQUIRED Items:

It is the buyers responsibility to arrange for transfer at their FFL dealer.  It is also the buyer or receiving dealers responsibility to send us a copy of the valid FFL license.  This MUST be an unaltered, unredacted, current and signed copy. Information on how to send in your or your dealers FFL will be provided via email AFTER you complete the purchase on GunBroker. Please be sure to include your GunBroker item ID, order number, or customer name with the FFL. Failure to do this may delay the processing of your order.

If your dealer requires us to contact them before delivery, please let us know and we will accommodate them with the information necessary.

Returns, Warranties & Repairs:

Please be aware that all returns are subject to TheGunDock’s Return Conditions. Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included.

No returns after 10 days for any reason on any item.  If you have return inquires more than 10 days after receipt, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.

All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once complete, follow the provided return instructions and return the merchandise soon as possible. Please note that your RMA number is only active for 10 days from the date of submission, so don't delay!

TheGunDock will not accept returns without a return authorization. The order number/RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package upon return. Returned packages should be wrapped or boxed and shipped in such a way that the merchandise will be in resaleable condition upon return. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the merchandise if the merchandise does not arrive in resalable condition. Whether or not an item is in resalable condition will be at TheGunDock’s discretion. Do not write on any merchandise or its packaging.

Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE; however, if the mistake is ours, we will cover the cost of shipping.

Restocking fees may apply to any item. The maximum restocking fee is 20% or $20.00 minimum at TheGunDock’s discretion.

TheGunDock offers no warranties, expressed or implied, other than the warranties supplied by the manufacturers of the products we offer for resale. Defective merchandise must be and can only be returned to the manufacturer. We do not have the ability to make repairs.

We will not accept the return of any firearm for which a Form 4473 has been completed and accepted by the customer. Therefore, If you have purchased a firearm, please be aware that ALL firearms that are accepted at your transferring dealer are "FINAL" and cannot be returned under ANY circumstance.  Please inspect your new firearm(s) at the dealer BEFORE ACCEPTING TRANSFER. Your signature on a Form 4473 will serve as verification of receipt and that you understand the sale is final!

Our "money back guarantee" DOES NOT APPLY to firearms that have been accepted from the dealer!  Once the firearm arrives at your dealer, you have SEVEN (7) calendar days to fully inspect.  After sitting SEVEN (7) days at your dealer, and return / exchange will NOT BE ACCEPTED unless approved by TheGunDock.

Order Cancellation Policy:

TheGunDock is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service to all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a vast majority of in-stock items ship within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

GunBroker DOES NOT ALLOW ORDERS TO BE CANCELLED.  If you wish to "back-out" of a purchase, you have two options.  You may pay our GunBroker fees (final value fee) which have been incurred to us the moment you hit the BUY NOW, along with listing fees.  If you choose not to pay those fees, we must filed a NON-PAYING BIDDER alert againt you.  This is the only way we are able to receover the lost fees incurred to us from GunBroker if you opt not to pay those.  In addition, for all "backed-out" sales, we require a flat $15 processing fee to process the cancellation.

I found a better price with a competitor. Will TheGunDock price match or do I need to cancel?

TheGunDock understands that price is a key criterion when determining where to buy from, unfortunately we do not offer price matching at this time.  

What happens if my order has already shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If your order cannot be canceled prior to shipping, a Return to Sender Delivery Intercept can be instituted for a fee depending on the carrier handling the delivery ($21.80). All successful intercepts are subject to a fee per tracking number (plus any transportation charges).

Alternatively, items may be returned within 10 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to TheGunDock.

Note: Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to process from receipt of the returned merchandise.

Why was my order canceled without my permission?

TheGunDock reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. If your order is canceled, you will receive a notification via email or phone with alternative options provided, if possible.  Items are not secured until the full and cleared payment is received.  Delayed payments may result in stock issue, so please remit payment in a timely manner.  If you have questions about payment time, please contact us before bidding/purchasing.

Please note that some of the reasons your order may be canceled are:

  •        The ordered item cannot be shipped to you due to U.S. Government Regulations, Export Control Policy or our Domestic Product Policy

  •        Additional information needed to process the order was not provided in a timely manner

  •        The item has been discontinued or is no longer available

  •        Due to our Pricing Policy

  • Payment not received

Are there any circumstances wheree an order cannot be canceled?

TheGunDock is unable to adjust or cancel orders once processed and/or shipped. Please note that all special-order items cannot be canceled once they are processed and/or shipped.

Governing Law in the event of a dispute:

It is the intention of the Parties to this Agreement that this Agreement and the performance under this Agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of Kentucky, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.
