Firearm Orders will NOT SHIP until we receive a fax or email copy of your dealer's FFL
The FFL list you used during checkout is for REFERENCE ONLY. We will still need a copy of your dealer's FFL to proceed with the order. Sometimes GunBroker does not have a current FFL
Please Note - All online firearm purchases, by law, must be sent to a valid Federal Firearms License holder for transfer to you. Prior to placing a firearm order you will want to decide what FFL to have the firearm sent to. It is your responsibility as the customer to contact the dealer prior to purchasing to ensure they will accept your transfer and to go over any additional requirements they may have.
Please make sure your dealer references both your name and your order number if they are sending a copy of their FFL for your order. In addition, please make sure to include your order number on any correspondence with us. You will receive your order number after you finish the checkout process. Once we have the FFL for your purchase in hand we will process the order for shipment. Please note that processing times are separate from actual shipping times.
Please be sure the FFL is accompanied by at least one of the following:
- GunBroker Item Number
- GunBroker Order Number
- Customer Name
